Work through this list with the supplier's quote open. Tick an item only after you have the information in writing. An unchecked item is a question to resolve, not an instruction to guess. The list stores your selections in this browser when local storage is available; it does not send a booking or a message to a seller. Use Reset to clear the selections.

For an illustrative comparison, two quotes may describe the same five-night stay but differ in cancellation cutoff, meal coverage, and payment currency. Matching the nightly total alone would overlook those differences. Ask the seller to clarify the unclear fields, then recalculate your budget with the confirmed figures.

A completed list cannot verify identity, availability, legal eligibility to travel, insurance coverage, or the accuracy of a supplier statement. Keep copies of the booking terms yourself. Do not place passport details or payment-card information into a general notes file or an unverified website.
